LISA-GH DAILY PRAYER FOR MAMA LIBERIA


As Liberia goes to the polls on October 10,2017,Hon Cornelius Robert U-sayee  president of the Liberian Students Association in Ghana (LISA-GH) says a prayer for Mama Liberia. Let's all join him in praying for Liberia because Liberia is all we have.

“Oh Lord! You are the true source of peace, tranquility and harmony.
As Mama Liberia prepares for one of its historic moments, the presidential and legislative elections, may your Spirit enlighten the hearts and minds of Liberians that they will exhibit non-violence attitudes before, during and after these elections.
That they will vote without religious, tribal and nepotistic biases and prejudices; and that they will vote with their consciences, knowing that Liberia is all we have.
Lord Jesus Christ, we have seen the ravages of war and we don't want to return to those dark days of brutality and injustices.
We know what it means to live in external and internal displaced camps;
We know what it means to live in foreign countries;
We know what it means to be deprived of quality education, good drinking water, electricity and employment; and we know what it means to travel on deplorable roads.
Spare us Oh Lord, and grant us a peaceful transition of democratic and political power in Liberia. For in You, we have placed the future of Mama Liberia.
This is our fervent prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen!”

BUCKY RAW IN COURT !! Bucky Raw: First court hearing today in the USA. Bucky Raw a Liberian artist based in the USA,  hailed from Nimba country in Liberia. Bucky Raw is expected in court today for a hearing after been arrested for allegedly beating his girlfriend months ago. Bucky" in a Facebook comment saying he envisioned himself on top of things very soon, its the dream of most if not every artist in Liberia who wants Liberia on top like other African countries. Some artists and friends in America wishes his hearing comes through positively. Bucky Raw'  is the  crooner of "Trapco"music, the same Liberian music with some new taste to it sound. Bucky Raw music had taken over Liberia , songs  like Bucky Luv, Just like your, Pump Tire and his latest collaboration with ericgeeso Something Good. Cornelius U-Sayee, President (LISA-GH) We have over the past weeks observed that Liberians and their local and international partners witnessed a peaceful electoral process during the October 10 polls amid some alarms of irregularities. We want to thank the National Elections Commission (NEC), political parties and their partisans and sympathizers, and all registered voters for convincing the world that Liberians are capable of protecting and maintaining their peace irrespective of their political, ideological, social, and tribal differences.
