MY HEART BLEEDS




Happy flag day — they say
So I wonder what to be happy for
My heart bleeds when I hear people say — Happy flag day

So I wonder
I wonder how the flag that I celebrate represents me

My heart bleeds
My heart bleeds when I hear people say Matilda Newport and six other ladies designed the Liberian flag

My heart bleeds
Shouldn't it rather be Matilda Newport and six other ladies copied the American flag?
What is there to celebrate?
I wonder

Being proud and celebrating the Liberian flag is like being proud to wear  borrowed clothes
What a shame!

How does the flag we celebrate represents us as Liberian and as Africans
My heart bleeds

My heart bleeds when I see my country with out an identity
Why should we be proud of a flag and anthem that was copied
How do they represent our culture, history and values as a people?
My heart bleeds

BUCKY RAW IN COURT !! Bucky Raw: First court hearing today in the USA. Bucky Raw a Liberian artist based in the USA,  hailed from Nimba country in Liberia. Bucky Raw is expected in court today for a hearing after been arrested for allegedly beating his girlfriend months ago. Bucky" in a Facebook comment saying he envisioned himself on top of things very soon, its the dream of most if not every artist in Liberia who wants Liberia on top like other African countries. Some artists and friends in America wishes his hearing comes through positively. Bucky Raw'  is the  crooner of "Trapco"music, the same Liberian music with some new taste to it sound. Bucky Raw music had taken over Liberia , songs  like Bucky Luv, Just like your, Pump Tire and his latest collaboration with ericgeeso Something Good.
